Atheistic Love

God is love. In that case, love is God. So because God is love then when i love someone that is God working in me. When i do something nice or caring that is God. Its interesting to think that When an atheist someone who wants nothing to do with God loves, God is working in them. As I have said before the Holy Sprite is always in us and will even work in atheists!

One of my favorite verses comes from a less read book of the bible. Nahum 1:7 says "the lord is good, he is a refuge in times of trouble, he cares for those who trust in him" now this verse in a way covers the whole bible. If I could put the bible into two verses it would be John 3:16 and Nahum 1:7(a third would be John 1:1). Nahum 1:7 is what I like to call a power verse. It resonates. The lord is good. It comes out very bluntly and just says the truth. The lord is good. Have faith for he is good. In fact I would go as far to say that he is not only good but good is god. For he created all things and therefore he created goodness. And if he is all things and he is good then goodness is the very nature of god. Then it says he is a refuge in time of trouble. Some translations say he is a strong fortress. He is unbreakable. His very nature is goodness and his attributes are strong. He is a sanctuary for you. When sin comes knocking the lord is there to help. He will protect you at all costs. The final part says he cares for those who trust in him. He cares for you. That's is why he sent his sin Jesus to die for your sins. That is why he created us. That is why he will return to us some day. Know this. Write in on your heart that he will be your strength. And when life awaits turn not to sun or earthly fixes, but remember Nahum 1:7 and praise his name.
